Description

Delosperma litorale cohabits successfully with rock dwelling plants that hug the high tide line, provided they don’t produce too much shade. And if they do, reactive scrambling may still get some leaves to rise above the opposition and survive.

The crevices where pockets of soil and trapped moisture can be exploited, always come in handy for skaapvygie seeds that land on the rocks… where else? It isn't wheat, doesn’t have to produce bread, so it will grow on rock.
